The RW newsletter is a gift of information. Currently reading the July issue and appreciating your message about perspective being a secret weapon. In my 18 yrs of being a T1D, I’ve ridden l the roller coaster of emotions many times but have found that being grateful for all of it, is the best! Thanks Matt, your videos are great. I listen to them often but the newsletter mlets me go more in depth an write notes as I read and reread the articles like this months "flattening my blood sugar timeline". I have brought my blood sugar in to better range I now am working on my timing to give me a flatter line not the roller coaster I have been on for years. I have had my first A1c below 7 in many years. I am reminded of things and ideas I had forgotten and now have relearned.
The majority of my days being in range 80-90% even 100% at times.
I have very few days with highs in the 300's. Still need to learn more on the formula. Again, THANK YOU for keeping up the great work.
